From sitting in his room as a young teenager contemplating what art school he wishes he could be in, to changing everything around and wanting to know which main music event he can accomplish.
Degun recently moved down from Dubai as a DJ and producer with the sole ambition to spread the passion of having a night that will be remembered.
After many nights of DJing his first ever gigs in Dubai, it could only be described as taking heroin, Degun was hooked. After House Parties and big underground events. Degun decided it was time to move to Cape Town and see if he could make an impact on the South african music scene. Degun had played one night at Catwalk in Stellenbosch and then the Snowball effect took full charge. MFM radio had their share of him next. With people of all nationalities tuning into MFM radio from Dubai, Holland, England and Germany. Fortunately spending his initial DJ career in Dubai.
Degun has been fortunate enough to have fans all around the world. Degun then took on his next big challenge of Rock the River festival NYE. The only way to describe Deguns response from the crowd was shouted
out by one of the fans ‘unexpectedly amazing’ Degun simply walked on to as one of the 100+ DJís and Acts and blew the crowd away.
Degun is a House and drum n bass producer and DJ. He has two upcoming EP releases for each genre which has been in works for half a year already.
